cinaingradina.com exists to present the CINA IN GRADINA brand, to announce the next event, to describe the three formats we build evenings around, and to show photographs of past editions. It is informational.

The website is published in Romanian and in English. The two versions are meant to say the same thing; should they ever differ, the Romanian version prevails.

The website does not process reservations, does not hold places and does not take payments. Selecting a reservations button opens a short message stating that reservations will open later. That message is information only.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a booking, a confirmation of a place, a ticket, or a contract of any kind. No agreement is formed between you and CINA IN GRADINA SRL by using this website.

When online reservations do open, they will be governed by separate booking terms — covering payment, cancellation and refunds — which will be published on this website beforehand and which you will be asked to accept at the time of booking.

You may browse this website, and share links to it, for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Where a change is material and an event has already been announced, we will publish the change on this website and, where possible, through our Instagram account.

The photographs on this website document past editions and belong to CINA IN GRADINA SRL or to the photographers who made them. They may not be downloaded, reproduced, edited or republished without permission.

Our events are photographed. If you appear in a photograph published here and would like it removed, write to us at the address in section 12 and we will take it down.
